I have over 20 years of experience in management, human resources, and training in public sector and nonprofit organizations. I completed my B.S. in Organizational Management from Hope International University and my MBA via Baker College. For the last few years, I have been a doctoral student, concentrating in the field of Organization and Management. I am a reviewer for the Academy of Management, both for scholarly articles and books. Personally, I have been married for 19 years and have a daughter who is 13 and a son who is 18. I like spending time with my family, my six dogs, and watching various BBC TV series and all types of movies.
